Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We offer returns and exchanges within *14 days* of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

* Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and unwashed
* All original tags must remain attached
* Original packaging must be included
* Security tags and brand tags must remain in their original position

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Once your returned item is received and approved by our team, your refund will be processed through the original payment method.

For *Cash on Delivery (COD)* orders:

* Cash refunds are available within 10 days
* If the customer cannot be reached within 10 days, the refund will be issued as a store voucher instead
* After this period, cash refunds will no longer be available

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. We will arrange the return and process a full refund after review.
