Delivery Schedule

Orders are primarily delivered through SARA ELEMARY’s own delivery fleet, with trusted third-party couriers supporting during peak periods to ensure timely delivery.

You can choose the most convenient delivery day based on your geographical area and availability.

Orders must be placed at least 1 day in advance
Daily cut-off time for next-day delivery is 5:00 PM
Orders outside Cairo may require 2 to 5 working days
Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping conditions

For urgent orders, please contact our Customer Service team and we will do our best to assist.

If no one is available at the registered delivery address, our team will contact you to arrange another delivery time. Please note:

We can only attempt delivery a maximum of two times
Orders exceeding 5 days from the first delivery attempt may no longer be eligible for delivery
Important Information

A signature is required upon delivery.

We may ask for a signature on a copy of the invoice to confirm receipt of your order. Any signature provided at the registered address will be considered confirmation of successful delivery.

All shipments are insured during transit against theft or accidental damage. Once the order has been signed for, the package is no longer insured by SARA ELEMARY.

Delivery Charges

Shipping fees are calculated automatically during checkout based on:

Delivery destination
Total shipment weight
Domestic or international shipping
Remote delivery areas

Additional charges may apply for remote locations.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders shipped within Egypt only.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled directly
You must first receive the order and then proceed through the return process
