Our first task is to provide you with the best online shopping experience, so we made it easy for you to facilitate your shipment because your convenience is our priority.
SARA ELEMARY mainly delivers your orders through the company's own fleet but may get help from a third party at peak times to ensure the timely shipping of your order(s).
We allow you to choose the most convenient time for your delivery, on any day according to your geographical area, or during the weekdays.
Orders should be requested at least one day ahead of the delivery day, bearing in mind the cut-off time of 5:00 PM and working hours of SARA ELEMARY's studio (head office).
In the case of cities, outside Cairo would need from 2 days to 5 working days ahead of the delivery day.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and resignation from the date of dispatch. SARA ELEMARY is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
If there is no one at the registered address to receive your order, we will ask you to contact our customer service to agree to another delivery time. The company is not able to attempt delivery more than twice. The company is not responsible for any order exceeding 5 days of the first delivery attempt.
In the case of urgent orders, please contact our customer service and we will do our best to help you.
A signature is required upon receipt of the shipment.
We will ask for your signature on a copy of the invoice to confirm receipt of the goods. We will deliver the order to the registered address and we consider the signature of anyone at the address as a receipt of the order.
We insure all packages in transit from stock to the delivery address against theft and incidental damage. Once the package has been signed for it is no longer insured by SARA ELEMARY.
The delivery charge is calculated automatically during the purchasing process. the factors which affect the shipment calculation are a combination of the following (the city destination, the total shipment weight, the international shipments).
We reserve the right to add extra charges to the shipping delivery if your location is in a remote area.
Cash on Delivery fees is applicable when shipping is inside Egypt only.
